[Boatanchors] RF-OSCILLATOR FS

I have a NAVY surplus RF OSCILLATOR ,model O-92B/FRT-5 ,which is a unit of  
transmitter set AN/FRT-6B. It is a rack-mount panel containing a Crystal-oven  
for 10 crystals,4 tubes, and filament transformer. Front panel has crystal  
selector switch, 0-10, meter,and meter selector switch, and 2 pilot-lamps. I  
applied external B+ and 115 VAC and it produced an rf output on my scope. It is
