Hi T?m,

I'm not a guru, but I play one on the radio.  I have an HQ-129X with 
what I believe are the original tuning knobs.  I believe this because 
one, they're way too small and two, the previous owner wouldn't have 
sold it with a knob that had obviously been resculpted with a a 
soldering iron unless it was original.  They measure 1-39/64" in 
diameter with my shiny new digital caliper.
