[Boatanchors] D -104 replacement microphone elements

Hi John,
    R&L Electronics lists "HC104 HEIL CONVERSION KIT FOR D104 MICROPHONE"
for $45.
          I've heard that the Heil MC5 elements a a very good
substitution, that's probably what the kit uses.  I couldn't find anything
on the HC104 on the Heil site, or a price on the element alone, but it
does state that they're back in production.  I expect the kit includes
whatever's needed to properly mount it.
          I've got 1 or 2 new D-104 cartidges left, when they're gone I'll
look into Heils.  And Bob's a nice guy, too, he cks into the VSB net
often.
