[Boatanchors] Master Mobile Coil

If I remember correctly the center loading coil was
normally used with about a 36 inch lower section and a
60 inch upper section. That way when the entire coil
was shorted out the antenna was resonant on 10 meters.
There was also a base loading coil that was longer and
smaller in diameter. That one used a 96 inch whip. I
am thinking that the cover on the base loading coil
was opaque. I do remember that it definitely was
smaller in diameter and considerably longer than the
center loading coil which had the transparent plastic
cover.
Most of the loading coils covered 80 through 10
meters. A couple of models also covered 160 meters.

Recently got given a Master Mobile loading coil.
Unfortunately the box has the label torn off and do
not know the model number. It is new and has a decal
"All-Bander Antenna" on it. I am sure it is easy to
use, as is adjustable variable pitch coil and looks
like it should cover all HF bands.
Question is, not having the intructions, what is
recommended length of support shaft and length of whip
above it?
