[Boatanchors] Early radio tickets

I am working on a historic radio exhibit project and am looking to try and 
find out what an Amateur Radio license would have looked like from between 
1921 through 1923...I mean the actual paper license document.

Were they certificates in any way like we have now? Anyone have an example 
from that time period I could look at via a scan or the like?
