[Boatanchors] Tempo One - T/R switching problem

I have a Tempo One (yaesu FT-200) that has a T/R switching problem.
When I am running into my dummy load it seems to work fine.
When I am running into the antenna, it refuses to switch to transmit.
I've tried it on SSB, Tune, and CW settings.

Up until recently it did work.

I'm thinking maybe RF is getting fed back into a circuit
that is messing up the relay switching.  The SWR on the antenna
should be relatively close, less than 2:1 for sure.  When
I get it to transmit I touch up the settings on the antenna
tuner.

Any ideas?
