[Boatanchors] S meter BC-348

 G'day... I've spent a large slice of the last  15 years  filling up
holes that  the unwashed  cut in the front panel of BC-348...... have
it externally by all means, but  don't  stuff up  one of the classics.
 S meter schematic in QST January 1947 page 19 on.
