Have a question but do not know where to post it.  I have been following 
the BPL program for several months and have experienced the interference 
caused. I seem to remember a couple of years ago there was some discussion 
of using BPL using Lo-med-hi VHF and UHF instead of HF and low VHF.  What 
ever became of this approach?  From what I remember UHF was more costly but 
did not exhibit the interference caused by HF use.  Can anyone lead me to a 
web site that discusses VHF-UHF for BPL.
