[Boatanchors] Early Shure Model 55 - Need Wiring Info

Hello to the list;
I have an early Shure Model 55. It has the internal impedance match 
transformer but the wiring has been tampered with. Does anyone have the 
wiring info for the internal impendance match transformer? I have the 
data sheet from Shure, but it does not detail the internal wiring.
