[Boatanchors] Uncle Sam's manual download - where is it

Actually,
you don't have to log in to use the site! Logging in is only required
if you are a contractor and want access to secure manuals or sensitive
items.

If you are not familiar with the military way of listing things you might
have a little trouble. However if you use the search box towards the bottom
and select the text area then type in a phrase it will come back
with the item if it is listed. All items are not listed so you have to know
what it is you are looking for.
Example typing 141T will bring up stuff that has nothing to do with
the spectrum analyzer, but typing spectrum will bring up various analyzers
and also other systems and equipments. It isn't a library, and you need to
know that order of precedence is important.

Go to the TEXT search box and type for example
Receiver, radio
Antenna, tuner
frequency
transmitter
one at a time and hit the enter key, it takes some getting used to
but there is a wealth of info you just need to get the hang of it!
