A couple of years ago I had bookmarked a site that allowed you to down load
government manuals for electronic equipment. If the Federal government had
it in their inventory at one time, there was a possiblity it was there.  The
search engine would respond but you had to tell it exactly, in it's terms,
what you were looking for. At the time I was looking into the manual for the
government version of the HP 141T analyzer and found it. Does anyone recall
