[Boatanchors] Electrolytic WVDC

What's the down side of running well below the WVDC listed on an
electrolytic? As I understand it, the Working Voltage DC is 70% to 85% of
the maximum breakdown voltage and generally, the higher the voltage the
shorter the useful life...but what if I put say a 10uf @ 100 WVDC in place
of a 10uf @ 25 WVDC....

Nothing I can find would indicate that there would be any down side to that
replacement except perhaps the physical size of the higher voltage unit...
