The plate supply is off.  The center tap of the PA filament transformer
makes its way through the grid current meter, back to the center tap of
the bias supply transformer.  But I don't think it goes to ground.  I'll
have to investigate that.  I'm beginning to suspect there is a
relationship between the two problems!
