The HP-23A is a nice little fixed supply but why not look for one of the
many adjustable, regulated A, B, C supplies out there? Search eBay where
there are plenty to choose from (A is fil; C is bias; B is HV). These
adjustable supplies are VERY handy. One I use is a Heathkit SP-2717A.

AES has a power supply kit for $49.95, designed for battery radio use. The B 
voltage goes as high as 150 Volts.
