I missed that, but since that is the only difference, I can see why it might
be a problem at VHF and maybe even 10 meters.
I did some repairs in the 1970's and 80's and saw troubles with VHF land
mobile equipment (30-300 Mc) as Glenn has spoken about. But I can't see
trouble with the tube below about 20 Mc.
It will require a bit of neutralization but other than that it should be
fine.
