Can anyone help with details of the parameters of a power triode type JAN 7C23 please.
 
This was manufactured by ITT some years back but, while they dont deny all knowlege of the component, they have no information on it.
I would appreciate any data please or alternative guidance as to where I might find the data on Internet.
