[Boatanchors] BC-342 fs

The BC-312 is 3-1/2 pounds lighter than the BC-342.  And the earlier models 
of both are lighter than the later and more common ones.  @ BC-312/342-L a lot 
of aluminum parts, including the chassis, were changed to steel.
