[Boatanchors] The "first boatanchor" spark gap web site now available

The web site mentions that the Westcott family narrowly missed going on
the maiden voyage of the Titanic.  We learn from the book "Signor 
Marconi's Magic Box" that the Marconi family was also to have been on
that voyage.  The sailing was delayed a few days, and G. Marconi took
passage on another ship that was sailing sooner, as he needed to get to
America right away on business.  The rest of the family was to follow
on the Titanic, but one of the children got sick so they didn't go.
