[Boatanchors] Identifying Collins 310B clone

I picked up a homebrew low wattage CW 80-10 transmitter which has a
string of multipliers driving a 2E26 into a B&W turret band switch. It
uses the Collins 70E PTO and the whole thing looks much like a Collins
310-B except the tubes are miniatures vs the 6AG7s which the 310-B uses.
The front panel, typical for homebrew, has no markings. Does anyone
remember an article like that ?

I might bring it to Belton for a visual assessment.
