You're in luck, Grant.  Instructions for the Meissner 2-CW are included 
in the Meissner "How to Build Instruction Manual" which can be 
downloaded at:

This is a 160 page manual that contains lots of other info and 
contruction plans ca. 1952. The downside is that it's a whopping 86 
megabytes.  If you don't have a broadband connection, let me know and 
I'll try to separate out 2-CW pages.
