Some items I will have at Belton, for those of you fortunate enough to be
attending this outstanding Texas fester:
1. SX-100 Mk 1A. Vy nice, 9++, but not really "mint" -- as in, it looks
like someone took it out of the box. Unrestored. It plays well, but could
use some lube on the tuning gears, pots, etc. and probably an alignment,
etc. Complete, nothing missing. As near perfect an SX-100 as you'll find,
but not perfect. My Dad broke the bank and bought me one from Henry Radio
(used) in 1960 to replace a BC-312N to go with my DX-40, and I had to have
another one ... but I don't use it.
2. Rack cabinet, 8U with handles. It will hold most 10 1/2" panel radios
with a couple of rack spaces to spare. No back panel, so no restriction on
chassis depth. Blue -- but paint is cheap.
Audio chain stuff:
3. Behringer Composer MDX 2100. Dual Gate/Compressor/Limiter. Very nice
box to clean up your background noise and add a bit of "punch" so you don't
have to eat your microphone --- or, heck -- use it on your karoake gig,
whatever :-)
4. Behringer UltraPatch Pro PX 2000. Patch Bay. Nice.
5. Behringer B-1 Microphone. Hard case, shock mount, foam cover. NO spit,
flu bugs, or other nasties :-)
6. Symetrix 551E 5-band parametric EQ. As good as they come.
Items 3-6 above are "like new" (dust and fingerprints excepted) and
unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days.
7. Heil mic boom arm. Similar to Heil's PL-2T without the "topless"
feature. With C-clamp mount.
8. A couple of BC-455 radios, complete, standard ham mods, in average
crummy shape. Untested.
9. Heath AT-1 cabinet. Non-original, repainted with a somewhat "shiny"
finish (a well-known eBay ripoff artist in Kentucky sold it to me as
"original". Right!), but it certainly looks good enough if you need to
replace a beater.
10. Johnson Signal Sentry. Looks good. Has a compact external AC power
supply attached. Untested; pot luck.
11. 75A2 front panel in better than average shape. Some other 75A2 parts
-- if you need something, let me know before Belton and if I have it I'll
pull it off the carcass. No PTO or other front panel items.
12. B&W 850 tank coil assembly. Needs the coil supports rebuilt.
Complete, servicable.
I'm digging around, and still have to go through the attic. There may be
more. My wife wishes there was a LOT more :-)
No, I haven't decided on pricing and will not ship anything unless I still
have it in the car on May 1.
