[Boatanchors] Removing beeswax from slug-tuned transformers

touch it gently with the tip of a hot soldering iron.  then insert a 
tuning tool while still
liquid and turn it back and forth while it cools.  it will remain loose 
after....
Used to do it all the time when aligning cb and two way radios....
