Thought some of the Collins guys would speak up.  The 51J series is the 
general coverage version of the ham-band only 75A series.  51J-2 is R-381/URR.  
51J-3 is R-388/URR.  I've been told that 51J-4 (with mechanical filters) is 
R-388A/URR but I've never seen an R-388A.  Unfortunately I don't have any paper on 
either R-381 or 51J-2.
