Best bet is to buy one made by the manufacturer of your breaker panel.
They will make one that will fit into two adjacent slots in the panel for
a neat and safe installation. 

They're relatively inexpensive (under $50 usually), UL listed and likely
to be of better quality than one bought at the local hardware store.
