[Boatanchors] Vacuum Tube EAF801

>From Joe w5jdy in Okla....   Well,as usual,I have a request for
information...   I have a Grundig shortwave receiver and it needs a vacuum
tube...  The tube thats in it still works until you turn it off but the next
time you turn it on you have to tap on it to get it to play...  It is
getting harder and harder to get it to come on...  I would like to know a
substitute or purchase a new or used one somewhere..  The part number on the
tube is:: EAF801...  If anyone has a replacement,send me information
containing total including shipping and I will send you some cash...........
