[Boatanchors] Johnson Invader 2000 Question

Greetings --

I've some questions on the low voltage power supply, which is the subchassis
that bolts onto the main power supply.

When I picked up my invader a few years ago,  it came with a W7FG manual, as
well as some individual sheets.   My question is if the handwritten
ammptatopms were recommended mods, or just something the previous owner(s)
did on their own....

1)  Insert a 1K 5W resistor between 5U4 pin 6 and 6X4 pin 7.

2) Insert a .1 uF cap between J101 Pin 9 and ground.

3) Change the 3 100K 2W bleeder resistors to either 20K 2W or 18K 10W !!   I
have two copies of the schematics, and each have different annotations for
this !!
