Just for you own information:

I once used another route to verify when my call was first issued...at
least
inserted in a call book.   Maybe it will work in this situation.

If a person is interested in joining the QCWA, the various chapter
Secretaries
usually  have, or have access to, others Sections who may easily have a
1967
Callbook.  Knowing the name, the partial (at least) call, with the Call
Zone,
perhaps one of them might be agreeable to help you out.

It worked for me when I wanted to apply for membership in the QCWA:
in fact, the Chapter Secretary at that time even sent me a copy of the
page
from the Callbook which had my call listed.

It may be stretching their indulgence on offering this service, but if it
is 
possible that a new Membership was likely, it might be acknowledged.
I'd not want to suggest that this be a started as a practice for just any
and
all requests, however, because that would impose insurmountable load
on the overworked Secretaries.
