[Boatanchors] TLC

Hi friends:
I have been reading some reports on Boatanchors repair and rebuilt, getting 
ready for my start after retiring in a couple of years, and have found mention 
to "some TLC required". Can somebody explain me what TLC might mean? My English 
knowledge is not so deep to guess it.
