Thanks for the info.  I found the R651 on the web but the photo and text
were not enough to confirm that was what I had.

Hi John
I use to own one of those, they were done by another company. I can NOT
 remember the name of the Co. They also redid some Hammarland SP600's. Your
model number is NC183MR, military #
R-651/URR-39. (had that written down)
The gent I sold it to came up with the manual for it. Give him a phone call
and see if he can remember. Hal Potter xxx-xxx-xxxx in Ca. (no computer) I
sure wish my memery was not so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps ya!!
