[Boatanchors] Hallicrafters "steering wheel" knob

The steering wheel knob was used on the DD-1, SX-16, 17, S-22R, 23, 27,  
SX-28, 32, S-35, 36 and transmitters HT-1,4, 6 and 9.  It is interesting to note 
that there were two different types. One had open spokes and the other was more 
silid, but still resembled the spoked model.
