[Boatanchors] 120 - 240vac and output

In a perfect world, it should not make any difference, but in the real
world, with real resistance in copper wire, it does. Any device will
draw twice the current when run on 120VAC as it does on 240VAC,
therefore the voltage drop in the wiring will be double on 120VAC.
(perfect world has no resistance so no change in line voltage).
But as you put it, if there is no light dimming or blinking or fuse/breaker
tripping, I guess it doesn't make any difference, assuming the
amplifier power supply works equally well on either input voltage.
Am I missing something?
