[Boatanchors] Website size problem

This can be a problem that is not related to the web site. I use IE 6 and
when I start to download a graphic like you reference, it is full size then
when it finishes it reduce in size to unreadable.
When I move the mouse over the picture, two boxes appear, one at the top
left with symbols to print, save and such, the other at the bottom right
that is square with arrows pointing out from all corners. By moving the
mouse to that box and clicking, the graphic returns to the normal size for
viewing.
