[Boatanchors] Tube ID

I found an 8025 out in one of my boxes.  Have no idea what it was used
for, it's new, at least appears to be new.  has 4 pins out the side of
it (two on each side of the glass envelope and a 4 pin base.  Made by
RCA.  Any clues as to where it might have been used?

Been setting on the desk here for a couple weeks now waiting for me to
ask that question.
