[Boatanchors] Goodbye folks, it's been nice

I went there and joined.  If it can pick up enough members, I am out 
here.  That last comment that this is about the "50th time this year" 
set me to remembering and I think he is right.  There is to much "Mind 
Control" on this list for me.  None of the other QTH lists have this 
problem so I blame it on the moderator, not on the owner of the list. 
 Its a matter of interpreting rules and this moderator is way too exact 
for me.
