Hi out there

I have a 2 1/4" X 4 1/4" Alum. plate with 12 crystal sockets marked
"Transmitter". There is the same line of 12 sockets at the bottom marked
"Receiver". All the sockets are connected to a 2 wafer ceramic switch
with Silver plated contacts and Brass rivets. It is definately
professionally done.
Crystal socket holes have 1/2" centers.

Can anyone identify this thing?
