[Boatanchors] Neon bulb for a code practice set

There was a four-page article by A.W. Friend (W8DSJ) in the October 1938
issue of Radio magazine describing several code practice oscillators using
the large two-watt Edison-based neon or argon lamps. I do not have access
to a scanner, but I could mail a hard copy to you if you so desire.
