yes, Saturday May 1st is May Day. The day to plant a tree, or in the case of we
Hams, a tower painted a nice easy on the eye green to blend in with the feedline
hiding in the grass and shrubs. So park your shovel for a while and join us at
12:30 PM EDT, (1630 UTC) for the pre-Net portion where gardening tips will be
dispensed and used tower sections sold to the highest bidders. Also some great
hints on how to get a green thumb without having to spray paint it or get an
infection from rusty poly phasers that results in gangrene and the removal of
the affected area with a pair of tin snips! Then hang with us on the vintage
vines for the official start of the Net at 1:00 PM EDT, (1700 UTC). The topic
will be how to disguise your vertical as a castor bean vine with some great tips
on proper trellis construction for best weight distribution to prevent that coax
wrapped in green foil from sagging and spilling the beans!

The frequency will be 7.280 MHz lsb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and the
seductive sound of motion sensitive lawn sprinklers watering the vertical's
ground rod with a greenish mist to enhance conductivity and mask the wire
radials snaking through the grass while whistling "Green Fields" by the Brothers
Four.

So join us for some vintage fun, facts, a few well told fibs, items for sale and
an all around things that still go glow in the dark great time. And remember, on
May 1st, keep it in the green! Hear you later today, as we make those solid
state rice burning imported electronics turn green with envy!

P.S. I will be on the air tuning up for the shades of green tour at 12:15 PM
EDT, (1615 UTC), so drift on in and help me color the clouds a glowing green as
we stir up the propagation pot.
