[Boatanchors] Parts Pricing for Ranger Pse

Sorry to report a damaged in transit Ranger II.

I would like to get an idea of the pricing for a few items as I will probably 
be trying to get a price cut from the sender.

Needed:

1)  Front dial face

2)  Meter with Red "J" on it

3)  L-11B (ceramic coil form)

4)  Operate switch

Actually not too big of a list considering what the box looked like!
