[Boatanchors] WTD: Radio Handbook 11th edition

Hello, list.

Well, it seems as though I'm gonna wander down the path of converting my
junker ART-13, or at least make the attempt.

The ART-13 conversion literature that I have (Surplus Radio Conversion
Manual, vol. 2) mentions a microphone preamp in the 11th ed. of the
Radio Handbook using a 6J5.  If anyone has a copy of the 11th edition
of the Handbook, I'd like to correspond with you to see what appears
on pages 437 and 444 on this subject.
