As always, all flavors and cents of vintage gear are welcome - (If it's not
vacuum - Fake it!)

Yes, the QTH.NET lists have been down since Friday morning -

Please join us fans of things that still go glow in the dark on Sunday March
28th for the Hallicrafters Collectors International 20 meter Net. There is
another contest going on, so expect splatter chatter from around the world as
people fight for a piece of paper. The HCI Net will go on nonetheless -

I will be on long before the pre-Net commences at 12:45 PM EST, (1745 UTC). The
Net proper starts at 1:15 PM EST, (1815 UTC). The frequency will be 14.293 MHz
usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and contestors screaming "CQ Contest!"in a
voice as course as 00 grit sandpaper, with eyes more bloodshot than over ripe
beef steak tomatoes, nerves more jangled than a phone soliciter on uppers with
too little sleep and too much caffeine and a logging program that gives everyone
a '5/9' report! No matter, I will match them watt for watt, well up to 1.5 Kw
anyhow! I have a new modulation device that can split an atom without disturbing
a quark on the head of a neutron. Think about it, you physics minded types. So
rain or slime, sun or QRM, blue sky or bluish air from colorful superlatives
from a pileup or snow or ... Forget the snow! Spring has sprun, the grass has
riz, I wonder where the checkins is?

If any of you are searching for a HQ 129x parts rig, I know where one is. Check
in and find out -

If any of you want to log and verify a Central American SW station with 810
watts, check in and ask -

If any of you want to park your carcass on 14.292 MHz usb and sit on the
frequency like a mother hen guarding her yet unhatched offspring, please do so.
I will be there, hopefully awake. Hear you tomorrow!
