[Boatanchors] Hmmarlund PRO-310 Restoration

Several days ago I posted a help message related to PRO-310 
restoration.

It appears that almost no one (with an exception or two) has actually 
dug into one of these radios.  There are some pictures of cherry 
versions of the radio out there, but there is no information about 
restoration, problem solving, etc. that I have been able to find on the 
web.  So, I just bit the bullet and dug in.

I'm putting together what amounts to a blog of my approach, issues, 
and findings as I turn my PRO-310 into a kit.  Hopefully, the kit will 
eventually get re-built.
