[Boatanchors] Power Supply PP-18/AR

Does anyone have info on this unit? I believe it is a power supply. Possibly
used with ARC-5 radios? It is half the size of an ARC-5 and has what look
like aircraft mounts.

Contents are:

One copper plated vibrator marked "Pressure Filled, input 14 volts, The
Radiart Co., H-11, plus one spare vibrator.

Two large (2 1/2") dia by 5" tall caps marked 3,500 mfd   3,500 mfd  25
volts

One metal box 2"x2"x5" tall
