According to the manual that I have on the RBO-2, it was made by E. H. Scott.
According to a note in my database, it is similar to (or maybe the same as)
the SLR-12. Comparing the RBO-2 and SLR-12B manuals, the frequency coverage
of the three bands is the same and there are only minor differences in what the
the front and rear of the receivers look like.
