[Boatanchors] HRO 50 / 60 coil alignment jig

The 60s have access holes in the top and rear of the coil catacomb as
well; I was trying to come up with a jig to permit better access to the
inductance adjustments in the rear of the coils, and also permit doing
this without opening up the receiver and standing it on its side.
Stray capacitance is of course the real problem to overcome here.
Wonder how the elves at National did it?
Maybe it's not a big deal. How often does one have to do this? Not
very often, I'm guessing.
