     Yup, I agree.  But there is NOTHING like not replacing
one or two of them and having them let all of the rest of the "magic smoke"
out of the rest of the box you're working on to teach you that lesson.
I read once somewhere that a smart man learn from his mistakes,
but a WISE man learns from someone else's.
