[Boatanchors] HeathKit QM-1 calibration question

Hi to all,
I am a, potentially happy, new owner of an Heath Q-meter mod.QM1.

Looking at the manual (another gift of BAMA) I have seen that I need a
reference inductor to do a correct calibration.

So, after years of desuetude and now a circuit refurbishment, I will need
something like that.

I am looking for someone that has or has had a QM1 or knows well how it
works.

#1 approximatively, what is the inductance value, wire section and support
diameter of an original test coil?
#2 how can I reproduce a test coil of known Q and distribuited capacity with
the only aid of a signal generator, a rcl meter and an oscilloscope?

Best regards from Italy,
