[Boatanchors] Engraved Lettering

A "lacquer stick" is what I use.  Although I have had
a number of these for years, I believe that they are
available from Antique Electronic Supply.  They come
in various colors.

What you do is to "rub" them on and then use a paper
towel, soft cloth, etc., to wipe off from the panel. 
The "paint" stays in the etched lettering.
