[Boatanchors] voltage

I have a GE Inductrol voltage regulator (120 volts, 71 amps, .850 kva)
for sale or trade... This unit came out of TV 11 here in Dallas during
their electrical rework... This unit holds voltage to a very close
tolerance (less that 0ne volt) under varying loads. It has been sitting
on a shelf unused for 12 years. It is in fine condition and I have
