[Boatanchors] Re Attachments

Apparently a .rtf attachment did get through the new and improved 'mailman'
system. Unlike the past, one size does not fit all. Each list can be
individually configured now. All of these lists were supposed to reject HTML and
multi-part alternative formats, convert them to plain text, and post them. All
automatically. No attachments were allowed. Well, someone changed the settings
and I was not aware of it.	
	
I have contacted the proper people to correct he settings and trust that it will
be done with great dispatch.	
	
I apologize for the error and puzzlement, as to what the heck is going on.
