[Boatanchors] identification help please for a wavemeter

Clive, 

I have a manual on the TS723/UR.  It covered 20 to 450 MHZ (Mc back
then!).  Had one at one time along with a 221.  Dumped them both when I
got a good sig gen.  Let me know if you need some more info.
